Salty Dog BBQ & Catering is veteran owned and operated, working to not only serve great BBQ but also serve the community helping with fundraisers and events.

Salty Dog BBQ & Catering began serving the mid Maine area in June of 2018 from their new custom made BBQ food truck/trailer. The owner, Sean Wilbur, has a passion for cooking, especially BBQ using a custom made smoker with locally sourced hardwoods. The business is family operated by Sean and his wife Jessica, who is always the friendly face at the serving window. They take great pride in serving the community wherever they are set up. Salty Dog can be found at the finest craft breweries across Maine, brew festivals, local concerts, business events, catering weddings, fundraisers and other special events.
